This painting was created during my second challenge of the Outstanding Artist show S3 with Milan Art Institute in Spetses, Greece.
This was one of the most difficult challenges for me physically as we were to all paint in a stuffy cramped space from 12 to 8am (all night long).
The theme was to paint what brought us here, and our story of overcoming doubt and fear.
I often see deer and stags on my walks in the hills here in Italy.
Interestingly enough they always appear shortly before a big transformation is about to unfold in my life.
I believe they are messengers from Spirit, who bring us healing, transformation, and growth.
I hope this painting challenge inspires you that even when times are rough, the white stag can be a beacon of light to guide you to discover your own magic and power.

More about me and my methods

 

My creative process when I paint is very intuitive.

Often I begin a piece without a specific idea in mind and just let it evolve as I go with the flow. Many times I paint from my dreams and soul memories that emerge as I create, letting my heart and soul lead the way.     

My inspiration comes from my dream journeys, the faery and elven realms, the beautiful nature of forests and the sea, ancient symbols and sacred geometry, angelic and spirit realms animals, and of course, all things mystical magical.     

My intention is to create beautiful art that will empower, inspire, and bring soul connection and magick to those who view it.
