Benefits of nature

For as long as I can remember, nature has been a big part of my life. As a kid I spent hours out walking, discovering all the magic nature has to offer.

When I take a walk in the woods, I feel like I am coming home. I feel that there is something so special about what mother nature can give us. She has a way of taking away the daily stress, worries and preoccupations, and just recharging and regenerating our senses and inspiration.

There is even scientific proof on the benefits of spending time in the nature.
