Now we will begin by drawing our figure.
As we are painting intuitively, we don’t add in any of the background yet. We want to place the figure in a way that leaves enough space to add other elements of story.
Here is the reference photo I used for inspiration from Pinterest. You can also use a photo of yourself, or whichever you are inspired to use.
Just remember that we are only using this image as inspiration and will change it drastically as we paint. But if you feel more comfortable copying the reference photo closely and/or creating a likeness, be sure to use a royalty-free photograph.
So let’s get out out our collage papers now and begin adding some layers!
