I’m so excited to share these projects with you all.
I really believe that sharing our story through art can be very healing. It is a wonderful way to express what we feel deep inside when words fail.
In this project I will be showing you some of my favorite techniques with mixed media and how we can use elements and symbolism to tell our story.
There is something so relaxing about mixed media and layering, which frees us from perfection and gives us room to experiment and play. This painting can also be done in your journal, as a way to spend some quiet time with your soul.
I believe that each and every one of us has an amazing story to tell.
And by opening up and sharing our own story we not only make space for healing but we can also give others the courage to share their own.

how to DOWNLOAd the VIDEOS
There are a few options on how to download the videos from Vimeo:
- Click on DOWNLOAD VIDEO HERE button.
- Click on arrow in upper right
- Choose the version you want and click on download.
- Video will download to your computer/drive.
Using MAC
- Click on FILE in browser toolbar and choose SAVE PAGE AS
- Choose where to download, choose Quick Time as your format, and save.
Using PC
- Right click on video that is on the screen.
- Choose SAVE VIDEO AS.
- Choose where to save video and click SAVE.
