So about a year and a half after I created this course I decided to add this bonus time-lapse video on how I created this painting “The visionary”. I hope you enjoy it!
What you will need:
- Silver or gold imitation leaf
- white watercolor ground (I use the one from Daniel Smith)
- watercolors (I used Daniel Smith colors like Lunar blue, Indigo, moonglow, Lunar black, Quinacridone rose and nickel Azo yellow, Pupulite genuin and pthalo blue…but please use what you have or your favorite colors!)
- color pencils the same shade of the color you used for you panting
This is the reference photo I used for her face and some of ravens, but feel free to use whatever inspires you! You could even make something completely different using the same techniques…Let your imagination run wild! 😉
