Sisterhood of the Rose – Outstanding Artist series

This painting was created during the ninth challenge of the Outstanding Artist show.

We were each given a form of “love” in Greek, and had to capture that on the canvas.

My assignment was Philia which means “affection, sisterhood, and friendship between equals”.
It was a beautiful way for me to express what I felt painting with the other girls there, and the connection artists can have when creating together.

I represented this in my painting – as women all connected, blooming, and gifting our magic to the world.
The rose symbolizing our giving of love and spreading beauty wherever we go.
The tree our growth and connection to both the earth and the universe.
A Sisterhood of the Rose, the power of divine feminine energy and a sacred circle of healing.

This painting sparked a beautiful flame within me that I later birthed, and created this special space in here Italy to get together women from all over the world, and start my own creative retreats.
There is something so magical and powerful when we share, enjoy, and connect our beautiful and unique expressions birth creative beauty into the world…
It really creates a heaven on earth – a place of healing and transformation.
