Your creative time with Katrina & Annie:
Your creative week will be a soulful mix of painting time, fun excursions, cultural experiences, with plenty of free time to enjoy the outdoor pool & spa, take nature walks, relax, and regenerate.
for Katrina’s art project we will begin with an opening mediation, and paint and channel our star origin with inks and acrylics.
For Annie’s art project we will begin with a cacao or medicine ceremony, and channel our inner tribal/medicine woman with collage and acrylics in earthy tones.
We will also tour the historical city of Assisi, view some of the most beautiful sculptures and artifacts, experience a Wine tasting tour, shop in little artisan boutiques, and sample Italian delicacies.

Located in Umbria, the beautiful city of Assisi sits on the slopes of Monte Subasio.
This city, which is the birthplace of St. Francis, is filled with spiritual treasures and works of art. With some of the most beautiful ancient basilicas, picturesque cobblestoned streets, wide piazzas and local boutiques, Assisi is a delight to explore.
As the birthplace of St. Francis of Assisi, this city is now a pilgrimage site, drawing visitors from around the world. In 2000, UNESCO designated the Franciscan structures of Assisi as a World Heritage Site.

Located inside the ancient Monastery of San Biagio, their brewery has been producing beer inspired by monastic traditions for over 15 years, blending skillfully balanced herbs to create unique colors, aromas, and flavors.
They use high-quality ingredients like spring two-row barley from Umbrian hills and therapeutic water from Nocera Umbra.
The beer undergoes a careful fermentation process, resulting in authentic and unique flavors.
Italian wine tasting experience
We will also visit a delightful local winery that will walk us through the fascinating world of Italian winemaking from this region.
As we explore the vineyards and wine cellar to gain firsthand insights into grape cultivation, winemaking techniques, and the artistry behind crafting fine wines, we will experience the flavors of various local wines along the way.
